recover anything, nor do we.

of your claim against the bank/building society/credit card

You will get 100% of
the claim paid to you.
How do we do this?
You get all the charges.....we'll negotiate the interest with
the defendant, and take that as our fee.
In order to achieve a 100%
settlement we need your commitment to take these organisations
on. They WILL NOT settle 100% of your claim, together with
interest, without the threat of court proceedings.
We recognise that many of
our clients do not wish to have the prospect where they may be
required to attend court.
With this in mind Red Card
also operate a 'Fast Track' settlement procedure.
Increasingly, financial
institutions are looking to settle claims without incurring
further cost. We negotiate many settlements without having to
go to court. Such settlements will not normally include the
interest element of the claim and we therefore will recover our
costs and the court costs from the settlement figure.
How far you instruct us to push your bank etc. for settlement is
of course your choice. Allow us to do our job and we will put
100% of the charges back in your pocket whilst recovering our
fees from the interest. |
